Beyond being the visionary behind this incredible event, who is Tammy Robinson? What should people know about you?
Tammy Robinson is a wife, mother, believer in Christ, and a passionate advocate for helping others succeed. With a background in education, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering individuals – whether in the classroom, the beauty industry, or the business world. As a 29-year veteran educator, a hairstylist for 27 years, boutique owner (Synergy Shoptique) and founder of the TEACH-Her youth entrepreneurship initiative since 2017, I thrive on creating opportunities for others. Tammy believes that success is not just about personal achievement, but about lifting others as you climb.
What do you hope attendees will take away from this experience?
I hope attendees leave this event feeling empowered, equipped, and inspired to take their next step – whether that’s launching a business, scaling their current venture, or shifting into their true purpose. What are your main goals and objectives for the event?

What inspired you to create this event?
This event was born from my personal journey—navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship, education, and leadership while balancing my roles as a wife, mother, and business owner. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to take that leap of faith, and I wanted to create a space where aspiring and established entrepreneurs can receive the guidance, tools, and support needed to succeed. My passion for teaching and mentoring, combined with my desire to see others win, is what fuels this initiative.
How did you manage to bring together such an impressive lineup of industry leaders?
I believe in the power of relationships, collaboration, and alignment. Many of the industry leaders participating in this event share a common mission: to uplift, educate, and empower others. Through networking, shared experiences, and a deep respect for each other’s work, I have brought together professionals who are successful in their fields and committed to giving back.
“Pivot on Purpose” – What does that phrase mean to you?
To me, “Put Me In the Game Pivot on Purpose” means being intentional about every shift you make in life and business. It’s about recognizing when it’s time to change direction and doing so with clarity, strategy, and faith. Many times, people pivot out of fear or frustration, but when you pivot with purpose, you align yourself with opportunities that are meant for you.
