Power couple Etoya and Tracee White are not only husband and wife, they are also the founders and owners of a company helping men and women to obtain mental and spiritual help to be better and stronger. Etoya White the owner of Etoya R. White, LPC Therapy and Coaching, and his wife Tracee White, the owner and CEO of MLCA Lux Aura are the co-founders of Aligned Faith Coaching.

Aligned Faith Coaching is a platform created to help people, especially those from the Black and Brown community to improve their overall quality of life and to remove people from the relationship survival mode mentality.

Etoya, a counselor and therapist has operated in private practice and worked as a consultant for four years. Etoya speaks about his strong attraction to his wife and her magnetic draw. “Her beauty is stunning, but I was impressed by how people are drawn to her because of her wisdom and willingness to serve and support women. We are both extremely passionate about service to our community, and our desire is to see healthier marriages, relationships, and families.”

“From the moment we connected, we spoke about purpose and alignment. Aligned Faith is the fruit of our connection in God’s purpose for our life together.”

Tracee is a Project Manager at Mastercard and the owner of MLCA Lux Aura, an affirmation-based candle company, and a certified life coach. “Becoming a certified life coach was a significant and personal step for me, leading us to establish a joint coaching practice. Etoya and I are passionate about helping individuals and couples enhance their relationships with themselves and others.”

Some couples can’t work in business together. However, it appears to be working for The Whites.

According to Tracee “When you think about it, outside of love and intimacy, marriage is a business in itself. We approach our business relationship no differently than when we approach the business of our marriage, with kindness and respect. Trusting one another is key to having a successful business with your spouse.”

‘If the mission remains focused on shared goals rather than individual ambitions, more couples will thrive in business. It takes a great deal of humility to acknowledge that you don’t know everything and that your spouse may know more in certain areas, and that’s okay.”

Etoya says “Tracee hits the nail on the head. It’s really about trust. We understand and clearly communicate strengths and blind spots, and we find ways to improve.”

“There’s no ego in this for us. If Tracee is stronger in an area, I willfully (and often gladly) submit to her guidance. Likewise, if something is my jam, she knows how to ride shotgun. When and if any challenges arise, we have a system that is designed to have us turn toward each other, rather than away from or against each other.

Aligned Faith Coaching is hosting an upcoming event, the Grown Folk Bid’Ness Kickback: Couples Edition. This gathering is designed to bring couples together to share their experiences and engage in meaningful conversations about relationships within a supportive, safe space. With excitement building, it’s expected to be a successful event, with more to follow in the future.

Their transparency is very evident on social media. They choose to be open to give hope to others. Many people desire healthy relationships or marriages but lack the hope that it will ever happen for them. With both being divorced they want to encourage others with their story not to give up and to believe what they desire is possible to attain.
