Cardi B Launches Reebok Club C Cardi Collection

Cardi B has now entered the tennis shoe game with a heavy hitter. The icon rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, aka Cadri B signed on with Reebok in 2018. When announcing her partnership, the Bronx rapper became the spokesperson to promote Reebok’s Aztrek sneakers.

Cardi’s newest sneaker launch is a part of the Club C Cardi Collection. The sneakers are sold in women’s and children’s sizes and three colors. The shoe collection is made up of red, black, and white sneakers, which she played a big role in designing. The sneakers from Club C Cardi are sold in women’s and children’s sizes and three colors. The shoes are sold for $80.00 and $100.00.

Cardi B launches Reebok Club C Cardi Collection along with clothing such as hoodies, masks, and workout gear can also be purchased online where the Club C Cardi shoe collection is sold. According to footwearnews.com, the kids’ shoe line was inspired by Cardi B’s daughter Kulture.

Recognized as one of our most influential female rappers, controversy tends to attach itself to Cardi B. During the Reebok Campaign she found herself in hot water.

During a photoshoot to promote the Reebok Cardi B collaboration the female rapper was dressed to resemble the Hindu goddess, known as Durga on the cover of Footwear News. This marketing move did not sit well with some people. Since then she has apologized stating that she did not intend to be distasteful.

Reebok’s president Matthew O’Toole was asked by Women’s Wear Daily why they chose to partner with Cardi B. O’Toole stated “For us, she really is emblematic of what our brand has done well over the years and that is to be bold, provocative and uninhibited,” he said. “
